To further advance the exchange of innovative research, cutting-edge technologies, and best engineering practices in pipeline and utilities management, this event brought together experts and practitioners focused on the rehabilitation and modernization of urban underground infrastructure. Jointly organized by International Institute of Utility Specialists (IIUS), and supported by Hong Kong Institute of Utility Specialists (HKIUS), the conference served as a high-level platform for academia, industry, and stakeholders to share knowledge, explore practical solutions, and foster international collaboration.
